We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executives to join our growing real estate and construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, promoting ongoing projects, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Marketing Executive - 3 Candidates (2 Male & 1 Female) Sales Executive - 2 Candidates (Male & Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company projects (residential & commercial)

Identify potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and digital platforms. Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and follow up for closures. Maintain client databases and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for promotional campaigns. Achieve sales targets and report to the Sales Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales (fresher's with passion are also welcome). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service attitude. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:
