We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executiv

to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, along with the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors. Promote products/services through presentations, meetings, and digital platforms. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports. Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to represent the company. Provide feedback and insights to management for business growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel if required.
