Position Overview:

We are looking for a

goal-driven and dynamic Sales Executive

to join us as a full-time, permanent employee. In this role, you'll be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via calls, emails, and meetings. Present product/service offerings to prospective clients and close deals. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that match their goals. Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead and sales information. Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and handle negotiations. Collaborate with the delivery and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support. Meet or exceed sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for sales, customer service, and business development. Basic knowledge of technology or software solutions is an advantage. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
There will be 6 month probation period before turning to permanent employee
