Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented

Marketing & Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The role involves actively following up on qualified leads, understanding client needs, and converting prospects into happy customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with inbound leads provided by the company (no cold-calling required). Build rapport with potential clients and understand their real estate and construction needs. Present Builddrite Studio's offerings, packages, and USPs confidently. Coordinate with the design and execution team to provide accurate proposals. Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates on lead status. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of proven experience in real estate sales

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Fluency in English and Tamil is a must.
