We are on the lookout for motivated and ambitious Marketing & Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team. This position involves connecting with e-commerce businesses, presenting our service offerings over the phone, building strong lead relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to engage potential e-commerce clients. Present our products and services in a clear, compelling manner. Develop trust and rapport with leads through consistent communication. Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Keep the CRM system updated with lead details and call notes. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Basic understanding of e-commerce or online business models is a plus. Ability to handle objections and stay motivated. Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are welcome. Prior telesales or client-pitching experience is an advantage.
