Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare regular sales reports and updates
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho / Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory)
