Urgently Required: Marketing & Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Qualification : BBA / MBA in Marketing or BE or Diploma Mechanical / Chemical / Civil
Preferred Candidate: Male with own 2 wheeler & valid permanent license.
Experience : 0 - 2 Years experience in Sales of WTP/STP/ETP/Garbage Chutes/Fire Fighting Systems or allied building materials like lifts, hoists, tiles etc

:
1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
2. Keep prospective client database updated
3. Visit to Architects, MEP Consultants, Builders, Project Management Consultants & sites for new business leads
4. Support in writing new business proposals.
5. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
6. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
7. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals.
8. Follow Ups for the submitted offers
9. Attend Technical & Commercial Meetings for closing the order
10. Intra office communication & co ordination for executing the order in time.
11. Any other activity required to generate sales.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication
3. Must have good negotiation skills
4. Must have strong presentation skills
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener
7. Ability to work under pressure 8. Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
