Job Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and ambitious

Marketing Executive

to drive the marketing initiatives for our

round bar product segment

across India. This role demands a strong understanding of the

Indian steel market

, customer requirements in sectors like

construction, infrastructure, fabrication, and manufacturing

, and the ability to generate demand through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research & Analysis:

Identify trends, pricing dynamics, and demand patterns for round bars in the Indian market. Understand competitor strategies and customer pain points.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Plan and implement region-specific marketing campaigns (print, digital, BTL) to increase brand visibility and drive enquiries.

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and create targeted marketing materials (product brochures, technical sheets, presentations).

Channel Partner Engagement:

Support dealer/distributor engagement programs and ensure product visibility at trade counters.

Event Participation:

Coordinate participation in industry trade fairs, exhibitions (e.g., India Steel Expo, Metal India), and buyer-seller meets.

Digital & Content Marketing:

Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email) related to round bar promotions; develop region-specific content.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, campaign ROI, dealer engagement, and market share growth.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering

, or related field 2-4 years of experience in

marketing/sales in the steel or metal industry

(experience with round bars, rebars, rods, or related products is highly preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of

MS Round Bars, TMT Bars, Bright Bars

, or

Alloy Steel

products Familiarity with regional markets and customer segments (contractors, builders, fabricators, OEMs) Proficiency in marketing tools such as MS Office, and digital marketing platforms Willingness to travel across regions for dealer visits, trade shows, and client meetings

Preferred Experience:



Experience in

industrial B2B marketing

or with

steel manufacturers or stockists

Understanding of steel grades, IS standards, and quality parameters
