About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing & Sales professional to drive business growth by combining strategic marketing initiatives with direct sales execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand visibility, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Plan and manage Digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging marketing content and collateral (brochures, posts, presentations) using Canva and other design tools.
Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and upselling.
Deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing materials.
Ability to analyze market data, trends, and customer insights.
Negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
1-4 years of combined marketing and sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and sales targets.
