We are growing Chicken Processing Industry ,seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing & Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth across domestic markets. You will work closely with production, distribution, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strong market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B, B2C). Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics. Coordinate with design and production teams for marketing collaterals. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery to customers. Collaborate with R&D and QA teams for product feedback and innovation. Maintain CRM systems and customer databases.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the food processing/FMCG sector. Strong understanding of food distribution channels (retail, wholesale, HoReCa, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. Willingness to travel for client visits, trade fairs, and business development.
