Job Requirements

2-5 years of experience in

B2B marketing

and/or

sales

, preferably within IT services or software development. Ability to identify and engage potential customers for managed services and enterprise solutions. Experience in campaign management, client engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify prospective clients for Cubet's managed services and enterprise solutions. Plan and execute

B2B lead generation campaigns

across digital, email, and professional networking platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. Manage CRM systems, follow-ups, and outreach workflows. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.

Required Skills

Marketing & Sales Tools:

Proficiency with

CRM systems

, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn-based campaigns.

B2B Campaigns:

Experience in planning and executing lead generation activities.

IT Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with managed services, digital transformation solutions, and IT project lifecycles.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in enterprise-level sales support. Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools for campaign performance. Exposure to automation tools for outreach and marketing workflows.
