MBA in Marketing / Healthcare / Pharma / Business Management strongly preferred

Background in life sciences/veterinary diagnostics is a plus

Responsibilities:



Build and lead a marketing/sales team Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels Develop regional marketing strategies (urban + tier 2/3) Plan and manage CME events, campaigns, social media initiatives Supervise sales pipeline, track KPIs, and optimize lead conversion Coordinate pricing, service packages, and quarterly sales plans Oversee client satisfaction, retention, and recovery of high-value accounts Support expansion into new cities or service verticals

Skills:



Strategic thinking + data-driven approach Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, reporting dashboards Strong leadership and team management Excellent presentation and client-facing ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
