Job Description

Sales duties and responsibilities

Strategic planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Client management:

Identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, and conduct site inspections for potential customers.

Proactive outreach:

Engage in activities like cold calling, client visits, and participating in sales calls to acquire new business.

Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure revenue-generating opportunities.

Performance tracking:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Marketing duties and responsibilities

Brand promotion:

Promote the hotel's brand through various channels and create promotional materials.

Campaign management:

Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns, promotions, and special packages.

Digital presence:

Manage the hotel's online presence on its website, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and social media platforms.

Public relations:

Coordinate PR activities, create press releases, and liaise with media outlets and influencers.

Budget oversight:

Oversee budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Market analysis:

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
