Role Overview
Position:
Executive Sales - Solar Installation
The Executive Sales - Solar Installation is responsible for
driving sales of solar power solutions
by identifying potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering customized solar installation solutions. The role focuses on
lead generation, site coordination, customer consultation, proposal presentation, and closing sales
, while ensuring a smooth handover to the technical and installation teams.
This position plays a key role in expanding the company's footprint in
residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
and promoting clean, cost-effective energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, channel partners, and inbound inquiries
Educate customers about
solar rooftop systems, subsidies, net-metering, and ROI
Prepare and present
solar proposals, quotations, and financial benefits
Close sales and achieve
monthly/quarterly targets
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams for smooth execution
Maintain customer relationships and handle post-sale follow-ups
Keep records of leads, conversions, and customer data in CRM or reporting formats
Qualifications
10th, 12th, Graduate,Diploma pass
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of software, websites and applications
Ability to work independently and travel for field visits
