Job Description

Synerge Paper Industries LLP is seeking an energetic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth and strengthen client relationships. The role blends direct sales, digital promotion, and internal coordination to support business expansion in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and convert B2B leads through calls, follow-ups, and client meetings

Acquire new clients through calls, visits, and inquiries

Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Coordinate with operations for smooth order execution and delivery

Manage listings and optimize presence on B2B platforms (IndiaMART, LinkedIn etc)

Support creation of marketing collaterals and promotional content

Conduct competitor research and market analysis

Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client interactions

Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and lead databases

Prepare periodic sales, regular performance and conversion reports

Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for order completion

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales or marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and digital marketing platforms

Graduate in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Self-driven, target-focused, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
