Responsibilities: -
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
To participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate / close deals with the clients and handle complaints or objections.
Conduct timely payment follow-ups with customers to ensure adherence to financial agreements and foster positive client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather forecasts from customers and share with internal teams.
Preparing quotations & proforma invoices.
Monitoring and Analysing market trends.
Co-ordination with Digital marketing department for social media, SEO, blogs, etc.
To achieve the give task or goals within given time frame.
Generate new leads, build and maintain existing client relationship and be the main point of contact for customers.
Developing product-wise business plan for achieving targeted sales and profitability
Developing a Marketing strategy based on the business plan of the company
Identifying New Customers for the targeted products
Suggesting new products on a regular interval as per market requirement and evaluating the new products to be launched by the company
Relationship building and retention plan for existing customer
Quality and timely delivery of the product to the customer
Lead, inquiry, and order management
Reviewing the Business on a regular interval
Qualification: -
Graduate or bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Marketing)
Experience: -
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or relevant role
Skills: -
Should be excellent in communication with fluency in English (Oral & Written)
Excellent knowledge of MS office / Excel / Outlook
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for marketing
