Develop and execute sales strategies to promote FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) products in
real estate, building materials, and infrastructure sectors

Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market presence in assigned regions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (3-4 years) in
sales and marketing of real estate, building materials, or infrastructure materials
.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of FRP products and applications will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across assigned regions.
