Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Management
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain store hygiene, product display standards, and overall visual merchandising as per Samsung brand guidelines.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper inventory management.
Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.
Sales & Customer Service
Drive sales targets and ensure monthly store revenue goals are met.
Guide customers through product features, comparisons, and recommendations.
Ensure high-quality customer service and effective complaint resolution.
Conduct product demos for smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, and other Samsung devices.
Team Handling
Manage and supervise store staff, allocate daily tasks, and ensure smooth teamwork.
Conduct training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Track team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
Monitor competitor activities and share insights.
Coordinate with backend teams, service center, and Samsung representatives as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
Graduate degree
(Any stream).
2-5 years of experience
in retail store operations (Electronics retail preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of smartphones and electronics (Samsung experience is an advantage).
Ability to lead a team and manage store activities independently.
Pleasant personality, customer-focused attitude, and problem-solving approach.
