Key responsibilities
Sales and client management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and sales sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and quotas.
Negotiate and close sales deals, prepare quotes, and manage client accounts.
Logistics coordination:
Act as a liaison between customers, the sales team, and logistics/shipping departments.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain partners to streamline processes.
Resolve customer issues and complaints related to logistics services.
Marketing and analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and trends.
Develop and present sales strategies and proposals to management and clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Essential skills and qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills:
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and negotiate contracts.
Communication skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present convincingly.
