Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our software solutions to educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (schools, colleges, and institutions).
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations for clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless implementation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales strategies.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong interest in the EdTech or IT solutions industry will be an added advantage.
