We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 3-4 years of
experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will
possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience executing marketing
and sales initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels
Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and outreach efforts
Manage leads, pipelines, and performance tracking using CRM tools
Follow up on leads, conduct regular touchpoints, and maintain accurate customer data
Prepare reports on campaign performance, conversion metrics, and ROI
Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to client acquisition strategies
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Preferred Skills:
Experience with email marketing tools, campaign tracking, and basic design software
Strong interpersonal, client communication, and presentation abilities
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
