Marketing & Sales Engineer

with basic facade industry exposure and a

Civil Engineering background

Role Overview

Freshers / Experienced Candidates.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem, and supporting projects from enquiry stage through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian facade and construction market Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and contractors Understand project requirements and recommend suitable facade solutions Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and commercial submissions Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and execution teams Track enquiries, follow up with clients, and support project closures Assist in negotiations and client coordination during project execution

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related discipline Basic experience or working knowledge of facade systems (curtain wall, glazing, ACP, cladding, etc.) Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive, confident, and client-facing personality Willingness to travel within assigned regions
