This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of
marketing, sales strategy, and content development
. You'll help build compelling narratives, create sales-ready assets, run campaigns, and support the entire buyer journey for international clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across
LinkedIn, email, website, and partner channels
to generate qualified IT consulting leads.
Create
sales enablement assets
including pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, one-pagers, proposal templates, and capability decks.
Coordinate closely with Sales and Engineering to translate technical offerings (Azure, AI/LLM, custom development, DevOps, Data Engineering) into compelling GTM content.
Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn presence, website content, Upwork profiles, and brand messaging.
Build and maintain a content library for repeatable sales motions, prospect nurturing, and industry-specific collateral.
Set up and track marketing analytics, lead funnels, and campaign performance metrics.
Support webinars, events, product launches, and partnership initiatives in global markets.
Assist with proposal structuring and sales process documentation.
Essential Skills:
2-6 years of experience in
marketing, sales enablement, content creation, or presales
in the IT services or SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of cloud, AI/LLM technologies, enterprise software, and Microsoft ecosystem (basic technical literacy required; deep expertise not mandatory).
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for technical B2B audiences.
Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Ability to collaborate with engineering and sales teams to extract insights and convert them into high-quality assets.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience working with a
Microsoft Partner
or within Azure-driven organizations.
Background in IT consulting marketing, GTM strategy, or demand generation.
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools, automations, and workflow systems.
