Willingness to learn and understand marine industry talent-hiring requirements Work with a job portal designed specifically for the marine industry Engage with marine companies to present and explain our job portal and subscription plans Handle onboarding of companies onto the platform Build strong client relationships through follow-ups Willing to travel once a month for client meetings

Candidate Profile:

1-2 years of relevant experience in Non IT recruitment, business development, or sales Good knowledge of the recruitment industry Good communication and presentation skills Interest in learning the marine industry ecosystem
Has a flair for sales or client-handling is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
