Purpose of the Role



The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales and marketing team by handling client communication, lead generation, payment follow-ups, and coordination with field executives. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently from the office.

Key Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Calling:

Make outbound calls to clients and dealers to generate leads, explore new business opportunities, and handle inbound inquiries by providing product details.

Payment Recovery:

Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments in coordination with the accounts team.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

Maintain continuous communication with clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure timely updates and build strong long-term relationships.

Coordination:

Act as a bridge between clients, field sales executives, internal departments, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and operational support.

Database Management:

Maintain updated records of calls, leads, orders, and payments in an organized manner.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and payment status for management review.

Marketing Support:

Assist in campaigns, follow-ups, emails, and online activities to promote products and services.

Administrative Support:

Handle documentation and office tasks as required to support the marketing and sales team.

Job Specification - Marketing & Sales Coordinator



Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline. 1-5 years of experience in sales coordination, telesales, or marketing support.

Skills & Competencies:



Good spoken and written English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Confident telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.

Professional and confident demeanour. Self-motivated with a proactive work approach. Detail-oriented with good time management skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

(Office-based role with daily coordination with field sales teams.)
