Promote and sell

Develop strategies to penetrate the institutional and corporate market for student admissions.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings with decision-makers to explain program offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & lead generation targets.
Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective clients in CRM.
Work closely with the operations and academic team to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
Represent the company at educational fairs, campus events, and networking activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
, preferably in the education/edtech sector.
Proven track record of lead generation and institutional/corporate tie-ups.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Kerala.
Fluency in
English and Malayalam
