Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify & source potential OEM clients (Modular Kitchen, Interiors, Architects, House-making factories).
Achieve sales targets, generate & convert new OEM leads.
Build long-term customer relationships & maintain strong market visibility.
Negotiate and close win-win deals.
Arrange samples, explain product features/benefits, and upsell stock products.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Marketing & Branding
Support execution of marketing strategies & campaigns.
Share creative ideas for promotions & awareness initiatives.
Strengthen brand positioning through client engagement & market insights.
Customer Relationship & Support
Conduct regular client visits to maintain rapport.
Address inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate with internal teams.
Act as the bridge between customers and office for quotations, deliveries & after-sales.
Market Research & Reporting
Track competitor activities & offers.
Capture market feedback & suggest new strategies.
Submit detailed reports after every client visit.
Sales Presentations
Create & deliver impactful presentations tailored to OEM needs.
Highlight product applications, benefits & value propositions.
