Job Overview

We're hiring a

Marketing and Sales Assistant Manager

in Navi Mumbai to support property project success. You'll assist with marketing strategies, lead generation, and creating materials, working closely with sales. We need 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience (real estate preferred), strong communication, and local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing and sales strategies for property projects. Support lead generation activities across online and offline channels, and assist in initial client communication. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and sales collateral (brochures, digital content, presentations). Work with digital marketing teams on online campaigns, SEO/SEM, and track lead generation effectiveness. Conduct market research on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform both marketing and sales approaches. Assist in organizing promotional events, property launches, and engage with potential clients. Track and report on the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, providing insights for optimization. Support the sales team with marketing resources, lead management, and client follow-up strategies. Assist in managing relationships with marketing agencies and vendors. Contribute to CRM data management and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate sector Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Familiarity with Mumbai/Navi Mumbai real estate landscape. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online real estate portals.

Preferred Attributes

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with an organized, target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, etc.). Team player with a customer-first attitude.
