Other details: Overview of the role: The role is the head of business field marketing for the retail, consumer products goods and manufacturing (RCM) industry unit at Mindtree. The business field marketing leader is at the forefront of enabling the global markets team with appropriate communications, messaging, artefacts, and marketing plans, to augment their efforts. The RCM global markets team is focused on creating value for clients through a focused approach of domain and consulting, selected product partnerships and future-ready technology capabilities. The overall RCM industry group is one of the largest industry groups at Mindtree. Responsibilities: 1. Develop the go-to-market, marketing, and communications (internal and external) strategy and execution plan for the industry group 2. Build a powerful and differentiated global brand at the corporate, industry, capability, and geographic levels 3. Own brand building and market positioning, content and campaign development, demand generation, lead nurt ure and sales enablement for the industry group 4. Have a passion for marketing technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and a get it done attitude 5. Work closely with leadership and drive consensus to develop comprehensive marketing plans 6. Design and execute programs that will drive the strategic goals of the industry group 7. Own the Account Based Marketing initiatives for the industry group 8. Spearhead the deal support through the life cycle to ensure the Global Markets teams is equipped with necessary tools across the sales cycle 9. Storytelling skills will be a huge plus Requisites: 1. Working knowledge or direct experience in any of the technology industry, preferably with customers i n retail, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing. 2. Ability to target clients and segments, create and curate relevant content and build robust plans 3. 10-15 years of IT services business marketing experience 4. Customer centric and experience d.
