Set Direction Work with HQ: - Define Market Direction for Future Market - Responsible for Revenue for N+2~5 by Cultivating new Business For both focus and Non focus Application - Report Market Situation to HQ marketing team and Align the Course of Action 3. Customer Support: - Address technical questions and issues from customers, providing optimal solutions. - Build and nurture long-term business partnerships with customers. - KPI: Customer Satisfaction Score, Average Resolution Time for Technical Support. 4. Marketing Strategy Execution: - Devise product promotion measures and select sales channels. - Enhance product awareness through digital marketing and events. - KPI: Number of Leads Generated, Conversion Rate. 5.
