professionals worldwide. Our next growth challenge is not just selling a single book, but
turning every buyer into a repeat customer across our series. We're looking for a CRM &
Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design customer journeys that connect our interrelated books
and drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Data & Lead Capture
? Build systems to collect reader emails legally (via QR codes, bonus downloads, resource
portals).
? Integrate CRM tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) with Vibrant's website.
? Segment audiences by test prep (SAT, ACT, GRE) and management series interests.
2. Lifecycle Campaigns & Upsell Strategy
? Create automated email sequences:
? Welcome flows after book purchase.
? Cross-sell recommendations (e.g., SAT ? ACT, HRM ? Project Management).
? Re-engagement campaigns for dormant readers.
? Coordinate with Amazon listing team to ensure A+ content, book descriptions, and
bundles showcase related titles.
? Run "Complete the Series" offers on the website and via email.

3. Customer Engagement & Retention
? Develop loyalty/referral programs for students, tutors, and professors.
? Build professor outreach nurture flows (sample requests, desk copies ? bulk
adoption).
? Track and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
4. Analytics & Reporting
? Monitor metrics: open rates, CTR, conversion rates, repeat purchase rates.
? Report on impact of upsells/cross-sells monthly.
? Continuously A/B test messaging, subject lines, offers.
Qualifications
? 3-5 years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in publishing, edtech, or
e-commerce).
? Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo,
ActiveCampaign, etc.).
? Knowledge of customer segmentation, funnels, and LTV/CAC metrics.
? Strong copywriting + analytical skills.
? Comfortable working cross-functionally with Amazon Ads & D2C teams.
