Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals to join our marketing team as Junior Executives - Marketing (B2C Sales). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales directly to consumers, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to business expansion in their respective regions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience to launch or advance their careers in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products to end customers (B2C).

Identify potential markets and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.

Manage sales leads, negotiate, and close deals to meet performance targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and referrals.

Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and local initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0 to 3 years of experience in B2C sales or marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as required.

Compensation:

Freshers: ?3.00 LPA

Experienced Candidates: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skillset.
