About the Role
Martech Space Castle is looking for passionate and performance-driven
Marketing Representatives
with at least
1 year of experience
in marketing, field sales, or lead generation.
This role requires dedication, discipline, and daily performance in a structured field marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and
close a minimum of 1 qualified lead per day
(target:
2+ leads per day
).
Conduct
field visits
in assigned market areas to identify and approach potential clients according to service relevance and budget.
Maintain strict
daily reporting discipline
as below:
Before 9:00 AM:
Share
current location and market photos
with the HR department.
By 6:00 PM:
Submit
closing report
summarizing total leads closed for the day. (This is mandatory for payout validation.)* Make a minimum of 2
daily update calls
to HR to report field activity and progress.
Prepare and share a
daily list of targeted customers and markets.
Ensure leads are well-qualified based on company services and client budgets.
Represent Martech Space Castle professionally during client interactions.
Attend
mandatory training sessions by the CEO
in the first month to understand service offerings, lead management, and communication techniques.
Work Schedule
Working Days:
First 3 months - 7 days a week (probation period)
After 3 months - 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Lunch Break:
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Compensation Structure
This is a
target-based role
with
performance-linked daily closing
.
Earnings:
?1,000 per successful closing (per lead closed and verified)
No payout
if no closing is achieved for the day
Expected Monthly Earnings:
?15,000 - ?50,000 (depending on total closings)
Dress Code
All Marketing Representatives must maintain a
professional appearance
during field visits.
Formal Dress Code:
Coat & Pant (mandatory).
Unprofessional attire during working hours will not be accepted and may affect performance evaluation.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in marketing, business development, or lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong market knowledge and client engagement ability.
Must be
punctual, disciplined
, and
result-oriented
.
Comfortable with daily updates, reports, and calls to HR.
Self-motivated and confident working independently in the field.
Must well well-dressed with formal 3 piece suits.

Training:
Selected candidates will receive
one-month training
from the
CEO

Company services & client approach
Communication & sales strategies
Lead qualification & closing methods
