Key Responsibilities:
Represent the law firm and its services to potential clients in field visits, events, and community outreach programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, institutions, and referral partners.
Actively promote the firm's immigration, study visa, work permit, and legal support services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by management.
Gather market insights, client feedback, and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
Report regularly to management on leads, conversions, and overall field activity.
Maintain professionalism and uphold the firm's reputation during all client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or client relations (experience in immigration/education sector is an advantage).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and outreach.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven personality.
