Identify, recruit, and onboard new stockists in the assigned territory.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and profitability of stockists and provide them with guidance and support.
Coordinate with the CFAs to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to the stockists & timely collection of the payments.
Handle stockist queries, complaints, and grievances and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions.
Conduct regular visits and meetings with stockists and maintain positive and long-term relationships.
Implement sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
Train and motivate the stockists and their staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or stockist management at generic level
Knowledge of the local market and the pharmaceutical industry.
