The Marketing Executive will promote and sell readymix concrete to contractors, builders, and construction firms across Ernakulam and Thrissur districts. This is a field-based role involving client visits, relationship-building, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients such as builders, contractors, and project sites.
Conduct market visits, basic research, and networking to generate new leads.
2. Client Engagement
Visit construction sites and meet decision-makers to understand concrete requirements.
Present RMC product options, benefits, pricing details, and delivery capabilities (training provided).
3. Sales Execution
Assist in preparing quotations and negotiate pricing with support from senior staff.
Close sales and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain regular contact with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate follow-ups for repeat business.
5. Reporting & Administration
Update daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Assist with sales forecasts and updates for management.
6. Market Intelligence
Observe competitor pricing, activities, and customer preferences.
Share insights with the operations and management teams.
7. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the batching plant, logistics, and quality teams for service delivery.
Ensure smooth dispatch and timely communication with customers.
