Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell our medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role involves regular field visits, product demonstrations, building strong relationships with doctors and hospital staff, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote medical devices Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and purchase decision-makers Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for healthcare professionals. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback for continuous improvement Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to represent the brand

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field 1-3 years of experience in medical device or pharma sales preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field Strong understanding of medical terminology and hospital workflows
