Work Set Up: Remote - candidate must be based in India for stakeholder alignment and time zone coordination.
Note: The successful candidate will be required to work from their own laptop and will be provided with remote system access.
Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Marketing Project Specialist to provide hands-on executional support across a diverse and fast-paced marketing portfolio. The role will contribute to the delivery of multiple marketing initiatives spanning events, campaigns, sponsorships, and sales enablement programs, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of key marketing events and roundtables, including the flagship CIO Day event.
• Coordinate advisor and sponsorship programs, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and content initiatives across multiple channels.
• Manage sales enablement and communication projects to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment across project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met for all marketing activities.
• Provide on-the-ground project management and administrative support for ad hoc marketing requests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing project coordination, event management, or campaign execution within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional settings.
• Hands-on, proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event logistics preferred.
• Background in technology or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
• Based in India with flexibility to collaborate across international teams.
