To drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, referral generation, and relationship management for the IVF/Fertility Center while ensuring ethical promotion and a positive public image.
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
Generate and convert patient leads for IVF, IUI, fertility preservation and allied services
Counsel prospective patients on services, packages, and treatment processes (non-clinical)
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and front office teams
Maintain inquiry tracking, follow-ups, and MIS/CRM records
Key Responsibilities - Marketing
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives (social media, website, ads)
Organize fertility awareness camps, seminars, and outreach programs
Manage branding materials such as brochures, banners, and hoardings
Analyze marketing ROI and patient acquisition sources
Key Responsibilities - PRO & Outreach
Develop relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
Manage referral networks and institutional tie-ups
Represent the center at medical events and conferences
Handle patient feedback and escalations professionally
Coordination & Compliance
Ensure ethical marketing practices as per medical guidelines
Maintain patient confidentiality and sensitivity
Coordinate with medical, embryology, nursing, and admin teams
