Develop and implement end-to-end marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels
Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms
Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spends
Manage all colaterals and vendors across all platforms
Public Relations & Communications
Lead PR initiatives including media relations, press releases, corporate communication, and brand narratives
Manage product launches, events, and promotional activities
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors
Ensure consistent brand communication across all stakeholders
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Oversee SEO, paid marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance campaigns
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel
Optimize funnels, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and timely delivery
Provide clear direction, goal setting, performance reviews, and skill development
Foster collaboration with sales, operations, and leadership teams
Effectively manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners
Required Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification
5-6 years of overall experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and PR
Proven team management and leadership experience
Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies
