Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing & PR Executive to join our team in Manesar. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual with 1-2 years of experience in both marketing and public relations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing media relations, and enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, website content, email newsletters, press releases, articles, and promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our presence on relevant social media platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Media Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and manage press inquiries.

Event Coordination:

Support the organization and promotion of company events, webinars, and conferences.

Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

Market Research:

Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Reporting:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Internal Communications:

Assist in drafting internal communications as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 6 Months to 1 year of proven experience in a marketing and/or public relations role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter). Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email marketing). Ability to create engaging visual content using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Residing in or willing to relocate to Manesar or nearby areas.

Qualifications

A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. Creativity and an eye for engaging storytelling. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport. Familiarity with PR tools and media monitoring services is a bonus.
