What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design. Braze is a customer engagement platform for multichannel marketing. Understand the delivery of platform capabilities for clients from architect, solutioning, development, testing. o Ability to prioritize tasks, complete assignments and Multitask. o Working experience on JIRA or Workfront would be an advantage o Need to have an ability to effectively handle tight deadlines and multiple projects o Managing client expectations with regards to quality and timelines o Good at interacting with clients over phone or email o Working with different teams to get the project completed by meeting the required quality standards o Experience in handling Microsoft Office production (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) o Working experience with campaign management o Quick learner and ability to highlight risks and issues o Ability to honor commitments and deadlines on assigned task

What are we looking for?

? Understanding client requirements for developing email and other omni-channel content ? Managing the email content and getting it created as per the requirements provided by client ? Maintaining high quality standards for the email content and ensuring the timelines are met ? Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements ? Follow ups with Marketing Manager for the required feedback/approvals ? Communication/support to the onshore team ? Co-ordinating with various stakeholders ? Constantly updating the campaign status to stakeholders and red flag if there are any issues ? Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the brand ? Lead Business discussions and manage client expectations on the project and is able to negotiate/align on plans oo Project Management is a must. Knowledge of Braze platform will be an added advantage o Minimum 4-6 years experience on Project Management o Certifications like PMP will be an added advantage o Excellent Communication Skills o Bachelor's degree, willing to work across different shifts o Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
