What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design. Braze is a customer engagement platform for multichannel marketing. Understand the delivery of platform capabilities for clients from architect, solutioning, development, testing. o Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the client o Participates in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery o Leads, manages, and coaches the Braze Campaign developers' team with shared focus on growth of existing skillset

What are we looking for?

o End to end implementations with Braze (Email template implementation to Data Segmentation/Canvases knowledge) o Lead strategy and architecture sessions and communicate design options to clients (good to have) o Manage administration of customer communication campaigns across the cloud, either in each function (email, SMS, Push, Cloud Pages), or leveraging Canvas to deliver multi-touch communications. o Liquid and SQL knowledge is required o Establish best practice application support methodology and processes, including maintenance and support roadmaps, processes and technical documentation o Requirement gathering, analysis, solution and design of new interfaces/integrations within scope o Evaluate new functionalities for the platform that enables new channels or integrations that can be used across brands o Development, Testing, Deployment of new campaigns/integrations and releases o Troubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvement o Investigate, resolve, test and deploy incidents as assigned o Monitors system performance, and verifies that peripheral integrations are functioning as expected o Monitor key data propagation & integration process


Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads o Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams o Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
