What would you do?

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intelligent solutions that scale and meet the needs of our projects.

What are we looking for?

Develop AI Models: Design and build machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models to automate business processes and enhance decision-making. Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure it is ready for training AI models. Model Optimization: Tune and optimize models to improve performance and scalability. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and implement AI solutions. AI Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning and apply state-of-the-art techniques in your work. Deploy AI Solutions: Work on integrating AI models into production systems and ensure they work seamlessly. Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing of AI models to ensure they are accurate, efficient, and robust. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for AI algorithms, processes, and code. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying AI models. Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. Backend framework like Django/Flask. Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Data Handling: Experience with data manipulation and preprocessing using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc. Deep Learning: Familiarity with neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and other deep learning architectures. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI models. Database Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data storage solutions. Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o o

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts oStrong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
