About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and qualified Marketing Candidate (Male/Female) to take on the role of Hospital Promoter. The candidate will be responsible for visiting medical institutions, colleges, and hospitals across India to identify and connect with multi-specialty doctors who are open to relocating to or from Nagpur for employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, medical colleges, and institutions to identify doctors looking for job opportunities. Promote Center Point Hospital and available positions to potential candidates. Facilitate communication between interested doctors and the hospital's Managing director. Maintain a database of contacts and outreach progress. Represent the hospital in a professional manner during all visits and interactions. Provide regular feedback and reports on outreach activities.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Marketing preferred). 1-2 years of experience in marketing, fieldwork, or hospital promotion (preferred). Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally. Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.
