1. Job Purpose
To promote the eye hospital's services, increase patient footfall, build strong referral networks, and enhance brand visibility through field marketing, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach activities.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Field Marketing & Lead Generation
Conduct daily visits to ophthalmologists, optometrists, optical shops, clinics, and general physicians for referral generation.
Visit schools, colleges, corporates, senior citizen groups, and local communities for eye screening awareness.
Promote hospital services such as cataract surgery, retina services, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, LASIK, etc.
Generate leads, convert referrals into patient visits, and meet monthly targets.
2. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1-2 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing (Eye hospital experience is a plus)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
