Role Objective:
Drive offline/onlline outreach, generate leads, and build institutional partnerships to promote employability courses and placement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visits to schools, colleges, coaching & computer centers, and student hubs
Distribute flyers and execute on-ground marketing activities
Make 25-40 cold calls/day to institutions/students for enrolment
Fix appointments for workshops, seminars, and demo sessions
Support live workshops and help with logistics
Capture and update leads accurately in Excel
Assist in conversions by encouraging walk-ins/inquiries
Build relationships with coordinators, teachers, and placement cells
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Confident, presentable, and energetic
Comfortable with field work
Working knowledge in Word, Power point & Excel
Strong persuasion abilities
Taking ownership of projects from ideation to execution
Education:
Any graduate / pursuing graduation.
Stipend:
?10,000 p.m. + performance incentives. TA will be paid separately.
