Provide Revenue and DGM forecasting view
Revenue and DGM forecasting view - Monthly
Provide revenue and DGM view by the 10th of every month for the next 3 months
P&L Reporting / Dashboard. DXP Monthly Dashboard
Submission of identified and agreed reports to stakeholders. Work with Ram& circulate monthly DXP dashboard
Monthly report submission
Attain 95% of the submission goal for the identified reports
Resource & Bench Management
Optimize Allocation and Utilization of Resources.

Resource Utilization - Monthly
Bench Cost report - Monthly
Resource Utilization target to be above 85% on a quarterly basis
Bench cost should not be more than 5% unless approved by SDL
Demand Management
Resource fulfilment coordination with WMG, TAG (onsite, offshore). Demand-based hiring, Proactive Hiring
