Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, sales) and external vendors.
Manage marketing calendars, workflows, and timelines.
Track campaign performance, leads, and key marketing metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
Manage CRM and marketing tools for lead tracking and data accuracy.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and marketing processes.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and lead funnels.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
