We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing team. This role is focused on CRM administration (HubSpot), data accuracy, reporting, and event logistics. The right candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and motivated to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in
CRM management or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with
HubSpot CRM
(or similar platforms like Salesforce/Marketo)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working independently and supporting a distributed global team
Responsibilities
RM Administration (HubSpot):
Maintain accuracy and integrity of leads, contacts, and company data
Run regular audits, clean and update records, and manage data segmentation
Create and manage reports/dashboards to track campaign and funnel performance
Marketing Operations Support:
Manage campaign audience lists and upload/update data as needed
Support lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign tracking
Ensure sales and marketing alignment on lead quality and follow-up
Event Logistics & Coordination:
Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person marketing events
Handle vendor coordination, shipping, registrations, and attendee communications
Track event performance and maintain post-event reporting
Administrative Support:
Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and process checklist
* Assist with asset library management and marketing operations tasks
